Lovely wallpaper, really good price and super quick delivery

Quick delivery and wallpaper has gone on lovely, great quality. Really happy with how it looks.

The wallpaper was delivered within a couple of hours after I left the previous review. To clarify, the issue wasn’t with World of Wallpaper as suspected, it’s was sitting in a FedEx warehouse about 30 miles away for almost two weeks. As expected, the wallpaper is beautiful and WofW rep addressed my issue.

My experience with obtaining the Chateau pillow was excellent! My mom and I are big fans over in the US, and I wanted to get her a super unique gift from Angel’s collection for Christmas. Thank you all so much!!

Bad sample shipment to USA.
I received the sample on friday oct 28 in a very bad condition. I emailed them the pictures but had no response. Hoping they can resend sample due to:
-plastic envelope is not sturdy so the wallpaper sample is all wrinkly.
-plastic envelope is ripped very bad and causing rips and holes on the sample.
Please put the sample in between carton or cardboard to withstand international shipping.
Hard to trust them with shipping rolls of wallpaper internationally because of this.

Sample delivery quick. Buying process easy. Had some issues with delivery but the correspondence from world of wallpaper specifically Dani was very appreciated. Great service thank you.

Ordered one roll to see what it was like,loved it,so ordered another roll and company made sure it was same batch number, garenteed to deal with enquiry within two hours,very impressed with service.

Ordered wallpaper on a Friday, paid extra for next day delivery, expected delivery wouldn't arrive until the Monday but received the next day (Saturday) so delighted! Great quality wall paper and at a good price.

Have still not received my sample order, had taken a long time to deliver, which is holding us up on our impending work. Will
Not order again from this company. Will not order the wall paper now

World of wallpaper had the exact design of paper that I have been looking for for some while and their prices are very competitive too,delivery of my order was extremely quick to adding to the satisfaction of purchasing from world of wallpaper

Good selection of products and good packaging during delivery that ensures no damage to the rolls. You could pay more for expedited delivery but as if it falls on weekend you will have to wait longer than standard delivery, should automatically delete this option of payment on weekends. Will recommend for buying wallpaper products.

Placing order, arrival and quality of wall paper were all good. My issue is they advertise as easy returns. The return is at the expense of the buyer and despite returning the wallpaper on 16th June, 3 emails and a call to complain (their customer contact number of website doesn’t work) I’m still out of pocket by £45!

There’s so many, take your business elsewhere.

Ordering experience was fine. The box arrived dilapidated and soaking wet, which was concerning. The paper inside was in good shape though. This wallpaper quality was very poor. It scars super easily and with basic smoothing the color came off making it unusable. I tried hanging my first sheet three times before I realized it wasn’t me, it’s the paper. I’ve hung lots of wallpaper and will never order from this site again. I contacted them regarding a return and have never heard back. Money and more importantly time wasted.

Really great choice of wallpaper, much wider than Homebase etc. Fast delivery, which helped keep our project on track. The ability to order samples is really handy too - and it was nice to be able to use the discount code provided since we'd ordered samples. Very happy with our experience using World of Wallpaper.

Top quality wallpaper, good customer service, however, the online calculator told us that we needed 3 rolls for our wall. I also assumed that with 4 sheets per roll, that 3 rolls would suffice (4 sheets per roll).

With a 53cm repeat, this meant over 40cm wastage for each sheet meaning that only 3 sheets were possible from each roll. This meant having to hurriedly order an extra roll and hang the paper before the carpet was fitted.

All done now and it looks lovely. Had I known to order 4 rolls initially it would have been an easy 5 stars.
